Vacuum casting is used for prototypes made of transparent resin. The transparency is comparable to acrylic (with a measured representative value of 93% light transmittance). By accurately producing master models, we can reliably guarantee the transparency of vacuum casting. If you need prototypes in units of 10, we can provide faster and cheaper reproductions than machining prototypes. After the master model is completed, we can start production in as little as 3 days. We can produce 20 vacuum cast items in 3 weeks, and with 15 vacuum casting machines, we can replicate multiple parts simultaneously. You can request us to create the master model, or we can also create silicone rubber molds from your supplied master model.
